At Cowala, we believe trust begins with transparency. Our patent-protected traceability system is designed to give you complete confidence in the quality and origin of your milk powder. Every can is linked to detailed production records, so you can trace its journey from our New Zealand facility to your home.

All Cowala products are 100% owned, made, and packaged in New Zealand, using only the finest local ingredients. By scanning the unique QR code printed on each can, you can access:
• Batch number, production date and time
• Laboratory test report (Certificate of Analysis - COA)
) • An exact photo of your can’s unique QR code on the production line• X-ray image taken automatically on the production line

All of this data, along with environmental metrics such as temperature, humidity, and key production measurements, is securely stored in our “black box” traceability system. This system ensures every detail is time-stamped and preserved for retrospective analysis.

Cowala’s traceability technology is the first of its kind globally, protected under New Zealand Patent Nos. 628188 and 628192. As our system continues to evolve, new functions and features are being progressively introduced.
